您使用智达AI服务时，我们需要收集和处理您的IP 地址等位置信息。
（2）帐号服务信息
您使用软件时，可以登录经注册的软件帐号或使用第三方帐号（微信）。当您注册帐号时，您需提供帐号名称、昵称、头像、密码等。
（3）日志信息和评论内容
当您使用软件的搜索和信息展示等服务时，我们的服务器会自动记录您的日志信息，包括您输入的搜索关键词信息，发布的报错消息、反馈和评论的内容、您上传的图片以及您的IP地址、设备信息、访问服务时间和收藏记录。
当您使用的客户端软件频繁向我们进行报错或显示错误日志信息时，为了检查软件错误，给您提供更好的服务，我们会在您的设备上记录、收集您的配置信息、异常数据等用于诊断并完善产品及服务的文件。

（1）您可以通过产品中的设置功能控件中删除您的信息。当您删除个人信息或注销帐户删除信息后，我们将及时采取措施将您的个人信息从业务功能系统删除，使其保持不可被检索、访问的状态。
（2）发生以下情形，您可以向我们提出删除个人信息的请求：
a.如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规；
b.如果收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的同意；
c.如果我们处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定；

（1）账号注销功能说明：智达AI APP为用户提供完整的账号注销功能。用户可以通过应用内的设置页面找到"账号注销"选项，按照提示完成注销流程。
（2）注销后的数据处理：当用户选择注销账号时，我们将严格按照相关法律法规要求，对用户相关的所有数据进行彻底删除，包括但不限于：
• 用户注册信息（账号名称、昵称、头像、密码等）
• 用户使用记录（搜索历史、收藏记录、浏览记录等）
• 用户上传的内容（图片、文献资源、评论等）
• 设备标识信息
• 其他与用户账号相关的所有数据
（3）数据删除承诺：我们承诺在用户注销账号后，不会对用户数据进行任何违法违规的处理，包括但不限于：
• 不会将用户数据用于商业目的
• 不会将用户数据提供给第三方
• 不会对用户数据进行任何形式的二次利用
• 确保用户数据完全不可恢复
（4）注销流程：用户注销账号需要经过身份验证，以确保账号安全。注销成功后，用户将无法再使用该账号登录，且无法恢复已删除的数据。
（5）注销生效时间：账号注销将在用户确认后立即生效，相关数据将在30个工作日内完成彻底删除。
（1）您可以通过解除帐号绑定、修改个人设置、删除相关信息等方式撤回部分授权，也可以通过关闭功能的方式撤销授权。
（2）当您撤回同意或授权后，我们无法继续为您提供撤回同意或授权所对应的服务，也将不再处理您相应的个人信息。但您撤回同意或授权的决定，不会影响此前基于您的同意或授权而开展的个人信息处理。

• User uploaded content (images, literature resources, comments, etc.)

• All other data related to the user account
(3) Data Deletion Commitment: We commit that after users cancel their account, we will not process user data in any illegal or non-compliant manner, including but not limited to:
• We will not use user data for commercial purposes
• We will not provide user data to third parties
• We will not reuse user data in any form
• We will ensure that user data is completely unrecoverable
